Who doesn’t love dogs in Halloween costumes? We know we do. Grab your pooch, put him or her in your favorite costume and join us for a parade down Broad Street and Harford Streets to Ann Street Park where your pup can be entered into our costume contest. Multiple prizes. Great fun!
