A step back in time when prohibition created an underground bar scene known as “speakeasy”. Enjoy signature cocktails such as “Smoked Old Fashioned” in a room in which you share history with many famous American figures who once frequented The Varsity Bar. You may even see a few past American presidents names carved into the walls. Open Wednesday & Thursday from 7:00 PM- Midnight (or later). Located in the rear of Tom Quick Inn, guests can access the speakeasy from Blackberry Alley; if the red light is on, we’re open!
