At Soaked Winery our goal is to create an environment where everyone is welcome and where the stuffy heirs of wine snobbery fall by the wayside. In 2014, our Food Scientist turned Winemaker Shannon Birosik opened the winery with a mission to always offer a relaxing experience where you can sample new wines or simply enjoy an old favorite.  We pride ourselves on offering an array of varietals to appeal to the most discerning palates and to the sweet and fruity wine lovers alike.
